Use Policy

Please read this policy carefully and agree to it before using our hookmi website.
This policy applies to all content on hookmi and forms part of your agreement with us. It describes what is and is not allowed on our platform.
This policy includes the defined terms set out in our Terms of Service for all users.

Users may only use hookmi for personal use and are prohibited from selling, renting, transferring or sharing their account or content obtained through the use of hookmi with others.
Users must ensure that their use of hookmi is in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are prohibited from uploading, posting, displaying or publishing any content on hookmi that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing. In addition, users are not permitted to upload, post, display or publish any content that promotes or encourages violence or illegal activities.
Users are strictly prohibited from using hookmi in any way that could harm or exploit anyone under the age of 18, such as exposing them to inappropriate content. In addition, users may not upload, post, display, or publish any content on hookmi that contains or references persons under the age of 18, unless the user has written documentation certifying that all persons contained in the content displayed or referenced, are at least 18 years of age and have obtained written consent from each person to use their name or likeness (or both) in the Content.
Users are also prohibited from uploading, posting, displaying, or publishing any content that depicts, promotes, or references any of the following:

Firearms, weapons or goods that are prohibited or subject to restrictions,
drugs or drug paraphernalia,
self-harm or suicide,
Incest,
Bestiality,
Violence, rape, lack of consent, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual assault, torture, sadomasochistic abuse or hardcore bondage, extreme fisting, genital mutilation,
Necrophilia,
urine, scatological or excrement-related material,
"Revenge Porn" or any sexually explicit material depicting an individual who has not previously given their express and full informed consent to having such material collected or posted to hookmi.
Users are also prohibited from uploading, posting, displaying or publishing any content related to escort services, sex trafficking or prostitution.

Content is prohibited if it contains objectionable sexual content or language that sexually objectifies another user or person in a non-consensual manner, or contains fake or manipulated sexual content relating to another user or person (including “Deepfakes ") contains.
Content is prohibited if it contains, endorses, promotes, or alludes to hate speech intended to target any person or group because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, national origin, immigration status, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age demeaning, humiliating, excluding, attacking, threatening, or inciting violence or hatred against any person or group due to disability, disability, serious illness, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. It is also prohibited if it contains personal data or private information of others without their written consent, such as phone numbers, location information, names, identification documents, e-mail addresses, login information, financial information, biometric data, and medical records.
If content contains public nudity, it should not be recorded or broadcast from any country, state or province where public nudity is illegal. Likewise, content involving sexual activity should not be recorded or broadcast from a public place where members of the public are likely to observe the activity. However, this does not apply to outdoor locations where there are no members of the public, such as private property or secluded areas in nature.
The content should not be implied to be authorized, licensed or endorsed by us or any other person or company. In addition, content that causes inconvenience, fear, or serious offense to others, or is used to extort money or other benefits from others in exchange for removal of the content is prohibited. Finally, the promotion of commercial activities or sales by third parties, such as contests, sweepstakes, advertising, job postings or job advertisements, is not permitted without our prior express consent.

2. You must follow our community guidelines, which can be found below.

Using hookmi to stalk, bully, harass, insult, threaten, or intimidate others is prohibited.
Deceptive behavior, including behavior designed to mislead or deceive other users, is also prohibited.
You must respect the intellectual property rights of the creators by not distributing their content without permission.
Violation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, unfair competition, privacy and privacy rights, including copyrights, trademarks, confidential information and goodwill, is not permitted.
Impersonating hookmi, employees, or any other person or entity, making false claims of affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
False account registration information or unauthorized use of anyone else's information or content is prohibited.
Spam, inauthentic, repetitive, deceptive, low-quality, or artificially enhanced views or interactions by a creator are also not allowed.
The use of recorded audio or video during live streams or redistribution of recorded material as live is prohibited.
The use of other media or methods of communicating content that violates this policy is not permitted.
You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
You must not knowingly insert any malicious material into any Content or attempt to derive source code.
Do not adversely affect our systems or security, or interfere with other users' use of hookmi, including their ability to participate in real-time activities.
You may not use automated tools to access hookmi, extract information, or use our name or logo in any way not expressly permitted in the Terms of Service or without our written consent.
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination and revocation of earnings as set forth in the Terms of Service.
